I cant go see my family there anymore without walking to their home from the front. They'll tow my car if I park in front of their home. So welcoming! (Sarcasm) I've lived there before, had nothing but issues. Was delt rudely by Barbara and by corporate. I was lucky enough to get out of there. So many problems, abd bugs. Royal oaks is a joke because they don't give people time to get anything done before they give you a violation they always changing the rules and regulation to your lease they are money hungry I don't recommend that place to anyone in the world they don't let you have kids toys outside and no one is in the office they always keep the office closed and they can't keep a manager in the office and maintenance is not doing their job even if you put a work order in my dishwasher has been out for almost 3 months my door is got bla... read more
The new manager in the office is very sweet and kind and she is very helpful. The homes are very clean and nice.
I had recently came in and picked up an application with my friend. We really like the home we had saw.
