Unfortunately, “DISCRIMINATION” is a title of this complex. Apartment manager is a very rude person. She doesn’t know to have a communicate with tenants. Believe me I am living here more than 10 years. Our new manager start her job from 2022 and she’s a horrible manager in this whole world. Very old apartment kitchens. Everything is horrible.
STOP!!!!! If you want to have THE WORST experience with management (Liliya) by all means apply and live here. If I can give zero stars I would. The problem is that most people don’t speak up. I have lived here for many years with no issues. Now I can honestly say it’s a shame that the owner which I have seen driving by many times decided to hire her. This place is horrible! Everything is old in these apartments. Old kitchen cabinets and the paint peeled off. Also, cracked tiles on the floor in the kitchen. The paint is old on the walls and the ceilings, and all the doors are in poor general condition. There are also huge problems with parking cars. Someone puts five cars and some cannot put two. The manager does not solve any problems for tenants. The manager makes only promises and nothing more. The manager does not even know which of the tenants owns which car. The man... read more
