They make me smile! I started going to Longhorn dental when we moved to this area and I'm still pleased with the quality of dental care myself and the family has received over the years. The staff is friendly and very passionate about what they do. Appointements are easy to get and in an emergency they're awesome. This office is easy to find and parking is great. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else! PROS: Staff - parking - appointments CONS: none I can think of
just ok service I went to Longhorn dental for a cleaning, and was treated like one of the masses. I thought the office was just acceptable, and my husband needed to go to, so I sent him afterward. He got stuck in traffic, then finally found it and showed up 3 minutes late, and was told that they couldn't take him. They told him to take a seat and they would take him if they had a few minutes, and after 3 hours he tossed his paperwork back at the receptionists who were ignoring him, and told them to toss his insurance info, h... read more
Great staff, friendly atmosphere My husband and I are both relatively new patients, but are both very impressed by the low key atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Even for those that don't like the dentist, the staff really puts you at ease. Their technology is fantastic--x-rays were quickly and easily done, and you could view them immediately via a TV screen in the office. Financing or payment options? I was wondering if Universal dental has financing or payment options. I know that I have to have a root canal done but won't have the full amount at the time the service is rendered. I hope they do..
Worth the Wait I think Dr. Goodman is a great dentist. The hours are great so there can sometime be a wait. In fact most of the time there is a wait. He is open late during the week and on Saturdays. The only down side it is located inside of Universal Mall. PROS: Great Hours CONS: Inside Universal Mall
VERY GENTLE AND NICE DENTIST This is my dentist now sadly my other one stopped accepting my insurance so she was highly recommended to em. she is so wonderful and gentle. They do allow the use of laughing gas which allot of dentist no longer use she and her staff are super friendly and when I had a emergency with a tooth they got me in immediately i am very pleased with this group highly recommend!! No other dentist provider option due to insurance coverage I would like to recommend Premier Dental Partners and especially Dr. Jamie Whitson as wonderful professionals who treat all their patients, no matter their age, with respect and real kindness. I have brought all my children, ages 9, 6, 4 and myself and every hygentist has been outstanding. Dr. Whitson is thorough, quick and gentle. Wow I look great now... I had cosmetic dentistry done here with Dr. Argawall. I can't explain how happy I am with the treatments. They were able to "finance" me with no interest for 1 year. They always treated me very well and always made sure I was comfortable. Very personal and professional service. I could not be happier about the treatments. They also do general dentistry and I have been continuing to go there since I found this wonderful dentist. the prices are very reasonable.
