Famous for raspberry sauce didnt have it on a Friday night. Went a few times to get take out and they didnt have a cook. Staff was friendly but not run well

We ordered food from y'all last Wed at approx 1145, 3 burger orders. Was told 20-25 minutes we got there at 1215 and they didn't put our order in, we didn't get it until 1244. I work at Integra and only have 30 minutes for lunch. I like ordering from y'all cause you have responsible prices and usually good food however my coworkers Cajun burger was burnt and my other coworkers burger was a Lil burnt. Mine was OK.
