I applied here they told me it was a $50 for application fee then to run my credit found out that I have a Verizon bill. They told me I was wasn’t eligible due to my history. Credit history never gave me my $50 back now when I call, it’s a different number or it says call Call Main branch. This place is a mess now. I’m glad I didn’t move in.

I've been trying to reach out for months, via email, via phone call, I've even subscribed to receive text messages from them and no communication has happened. I'm a bit frustrated because I was very excited to start renting here and there hasn't been any interest in a possible tenant from their end. Another review also just stated that they had a 2-year waitlist, not sure if this is true, but again, there has been no communication on their end. Hoping for someone to reach out soon!

I applied. They took my $50 app fee. A credit report never costs $50 to process! Then got denied. They kept the money and here’s the kicker… they have a two year wait list yet still advertise and have nerve to take deposits from ppl who are most likely struggling if they are applying here. It’s a racket. It’s a scam!!!

I think The Professor is a wonderful host. This is one of my favorite places! Best place to grill downtown.

Been staying here for almost a year and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. The property is well-maintained and the facilities are perfect for families. The management has been very helpful with all of our needs and very easy to communicate with. Thank you very much! We’re so happy to have found a community that suits us perfectly.
