This apartment complex is Irresponsible, nasty and full of bugs . The community management office acts like everything is ok and ignores all your problems with soft voices to appease you until they close the office . They exterminate the building and it brings more roaches 🪳. This place tows your car and doesn’t actually mail out notices or stickers for the car but can find every way to send rent messages . They will use it as an excuse to give you an eviction notice and give you only three days to pay or get out, even if you've paid on time for over a year and even though NC GS § 42-3 states: "In all verbal or written leases of real property of any kind in which is fixed a definite time for the payment of the rent reserved therein, there shall be implied a forfeiture of the term upon failure to pay the rent... read more
Do not rent from here because maintenance doesn’t come fix anything maintenance request plenty of times then I would get text saying the job was completed when they didn’t even enter my apartment I ended myself. The staff is terrible they don’t help u with anything
There is a huge ROACH infestation here on the property and I don’t advise anyone to move here. I am very sad and depressed about this situation! It’s completely out of hand , pest control comes out for about 3 mins but there still isn’t a solution to this problem . If you want a place to feel like home for you and your children please do NOT ! I REPEAT do not come here. This is devastating!
