Terrible Experience — No AC for 3+ Days Absolutely horrible experience with this apartment complex. I have been without AC for the past three days, and now I’m being told I will have to go through the entire weekend without it. My experience living here has been very frustrating. Management frequently adds or changes fees without a clear explanation to residents. Recently, the trash fee rose to nearly $80 per apartment; we were simply told the cost is being split equally among residents, without any detailed explanation regarding the calculation or how the amount is determined. Maria had me me on hold for going on a hour this morning . They owe me my money that I paid over 2 weeks ago gave me my money orders back stating I can get a refund from western union knowing they already cashed the money orders . Now it is 07/16 and still have not receive my money . Lack of communication definitely plays apart . And the ignoring is rude . I would t allow my worst enemy to live here this is a disgrace .
Very unprofessional Sam is definitely helpful although he rarely knows anything . Which is stressful . But Taniyah very unprofessional and confusing . I really dodge a bullet by living here . It all started off by them giving me the wrong apartment once I signed my lease . Then there were not going to transfer me and was going to try to make me stay at an apartment I never wanted or was not explained in details .
