Very unprofessional Sam is definitely helpful although he rarely knows anything . Which is stressful . But Taniyah very unprofessional and confusing . I really dodge a bullet by living here . It all started off by them giving me the wrong apartment once I signed my lease . Then there were not going to transfer me and was going to try to make me stay at an apartment I never wanted or was not explained in details . Don’t deal with them never guys, They told me there is no application fees and then guess what they send me to collections just for 100$ I called them about it to complain and then they told me we gonna call you to fix. But woww right now my credit score got down because something I didn’t do. Stay away please and try to find more professional people to deal with
After signing an agreed lease, they tried to pressure me into signing a new lease at a much higher rent—$175 more. I told them I needed it in writing and a record, as I felt forced. Once I stood my ground, they backed down and kept the original lease. Then, on my move-in day, they delayed me by three hours without warning, and I had to arrange for someone else to pick up the key. If I had any other option on such short notice, I would not have moved. This was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend them.
