Over the past four weeks, we have contacted the office multiple times about the following issues, and we were told they would be resolved but, to date, these essential services are still inoperable: 1. Heat in our apartment (the extremely low temperatures here make this very critical) 2. Elevator: we are in our 80's, and having to lug our groceries up multiple flights of stairs is very difficult 3. Royal Oaks is AWFUL From signing up to currently 3 months in, it’s been terrible here at Royal Oaks. I submitted my application and the leasing agent, Stacey, called me every day about something new that held our application. Like majority of the people, I work so I couldn’t always answer which made the process even longer and annoying.
