The worst place ever what's annoying about living in a place like this is false evacuations false fire drills people pulling the fire alarms for no reason i hope Peak living will put clear covers on the fire alarm levers and put a lock on them too on our way into the building i see the entrance to the the main doors close to the stairways which peak living needs to say keep those open so thumbs down on this place also another thing I don't like about Royal Oaks I appreciate if Royal Oaks will have a word with my roommate Tyl... read more
Viví en este lugar por 2 años y la verdad bastante agradable lugar,los vecinos son amables y tranquilos!! El único problema de este lugar es que nunca funciona la alberca,talves en todo el verano estará abierta por 2 semanas

I am moving to the area and searched online for over a month looking for the perfect place to live. I loved everything about these apartments; the layout, the amenities, the location, and the price. I had a lot of questions and because I didn’t live in the area it makes it difficult sometimes to get things set up. Cheryl was an absolute gem!
