The staff of the Rental Office is fantastic and helped a great deal by guiding me through the whole lease process and highly recommending it. We moved out, and the move-out process was really great. Thank you, Rocky and Cheryl. We had a great time living at Royal Oaks.
Great location and great underground parking. Beautiful kitchen as well. But that is not why I moved here. I moved here primarily for the In-Unit Laundry. Why? Because I work 6 days a week and 10-12 hours a day. Often, I only come to sleep and get ready for the next week. Now imagine, after only 1 month of living here, having problems with the Washer/Dryer unit. I filled out maintenance request, but the problem persisted. I have lived at Royal Oaks for 3.5yrs and have no complaints. Like anywhere, there will be minor issues in your unit, but the maintenance staff is quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office staff is amazing. They listen & handle concerns in a professional manner. Cheryl & Roxy are a great team and keep residents informed. The location is epic. Royal Oaks I am disappointed that you guys never told me that there is a royal Oaks in Rochester shame on you
I basically threw a party when I moved out, this place stressed me OUT. I lived here for almost three years, and I would not recommend it unless your expectations are extremely low. Management turnover is constant, which explains the complete lack of accountability. Issues that cost real money simply don’t get fixed, instead they get temporary patches and excuses. The pool is a perfect example: it’s marketed as an amenity, but it’s almost always shut down due to an “underground leak” that gets a bandaid repair every year. If... read more
