I love how close it is to everything and I feel like everyone has been so helpful and communicative with me as I'm new to the area. I looked at several communities and I'm so happy I picked Royal Oaks
If you are looking for a well managed and well maintained placed to live, I highly recommend living here. It is located close to tons of restaurants, stores, major roads, activities so you dont need to go far. But it is also is located in an area where it doesnt feel too busy! The property is maintained well, the maintenance staff is friendly and they get requests done quickly. The office staff are always so helpful and professional. It really feels like home.
In addition to my review there are many reviews detailing extremely specific concerns regarding inadequate heating and bugs. These are the exact same concerns I experienced. The only difference is that my review comes 11+ months later (and in some cases up to five years later), confirming my long-standing suspicion that this establishment does not truly care about resident’s feedback or concerns.
