what can i say, its okay to be here like a 2 on a 10 scale. maintenance don't have a clue what he's doing plus the parking or driveway is just way out of whack. they have trees in the middle of the driveway and its always a challenge to pull out and avoid hitting any trees or cars. my car got broken into first 3 months i was here. the military guys are always having some sort of party that last after 1100pm at night. its expensive with the rent, not worth it by the way and you always gotta keep and eye out for any late night... read more

So we decided to move here from Lacey because it was closer to the base, but come to find out, it usually takes just as long to get here than it did from Lacey! Upon the first day we moved in our neighbor's car got broken in to and a couple months later our friend's apartment got broken in to and he even lived on the second floor! I had also had a scare myself. I was on the computer with headphones on but my dog started barking frantically at the door. When I went to go check, the door was actually open! Do NOT rent here! I mainly say this because you have a highly unlikely chance of getting your security deposit back. Make sure you take pictures and have them document EVERY problem no matter how small it may seem (and there will be many because these apartments are old). They will overcharge you and hide the truth. We filed a dispute, and we ended up getting some of our deposit back since the office management falsified documents and tried to take our entire deposit. Everyone in this apartment complex is friends, your kids cannot be outside without getting a complaint by the neighbors who are friends with management(who also lives in the complex) i was told that my kids are too loud when they are using outside voices, outside.....No one is helpful...We have been here since Feb 2011 and it is now 9/2011 and we still do not have a screen door! after we have complained 3 times about the bugs because we have no screen. Though the apartments are outdated, the floor plans are nice and I like my apartment for the most part because I have a lot of space, which is great. However, if something small breaks I usually fix it myself rather than having to wait for maintenance to get around to doing it. I think the maintenance staff is very nice, I just don't think that their time is managed effectively by the management office. I've lived here for over 10 years, and for certain maintenance needs I have literally waited years for them to be repaired.... read more
