I applied last week for an apartment and noticed that the office was closed every day and only by phone was the information given by mr. Arturo and in person with the maintence guy. I was directed to turn in my application and my daughters to mr angel the mainance guy I gave them a money order for 100 dlls and 60 dlls to check our credit and they never called me and never answer the phone until the 5th day. I know 4 persons... male, females, different backgrounds (non-caucasion). All got denied rental. The property manager takes cash for the application fee. Dianne will not call you, you have to call and check on the application only to denied. Dianne will not give you a reason why you were denied and she doesnt offer the normail letter of denial after a credit inquiry.
