Horrible management. I can’t believe it takes more than a month to get a new fridge or a new stove that is completely broken. Don’t even get me started with the water leaks COMING from the ROOF to the CEILING into my child’s nursery. How am I supposed to feel safe in my own apartment if the ac/heater does not work at all with black mold forming too in my neighbors apartment too. I like the apartments. Because I have my own room. And nobody bother me. But only my mom. But that ok. And there is no roaches in the house and I like it. And there is near elementary school, parks and even shopping! So I rate it 5/5! Also this is my opinion. So please don't even try to change my mind. Thank u!

Tried to seek an available unit for this place and the woman who answered the phone had this very rude tone. I read the reviews prior to calling and they did not lie lol. I just hung up on her because she clearly lacks professionalism and customer service skills and because of that I wouldn’t dare rent here. For this to be called “Royal Oaks”, they for sure DON’T live up to their name. I see why their reviews look the way they do.
