I think it’s nice place to live ,, they treat you like family
I had a maintenance problem re a lock inside my apartment. Called Pam and she sent Kevin promptly. Kevin fixed the lock quickly. Thank you Pam and Kevin for prompt service to fix the lock. Office mgmt/staff is/are great and They do a good job here at the complex.

I stayed at Royal oaks for 1 year and I cold not have asked for a better home. Pam is amazing, and she provides you with all the information you need before moving in and before moving out. The neighborhood is very quite, calm and clean. I will totally recommend this apartment .
Why is ZERO stars not an option? Certainly doesn't seem fair to force a 1 star review for a company that's so unethical they need to continually change their legal name.
