This is not a place anymore I think. Called the number to book in Royal Oak. Get there and stand outside with my cat in the cold not able to get in. Call the number and they were very rude. Not listening to my question. Just telling me over and over the parking lot is in the back. I did not ask about the parking lot. I wish they had confirmed in the phone they are not the Royal Oak Vet but instead in a centerline. Do not call this number expecting Royal oak.
Friendly and welcoming to myself and my cat. There are no complaints from me or my cat!🤗
Just moved to Royal Oak and so far I'm impressed. I didn't have to wait long. They even recommended a great dog food brand for my Cocker Spaniel's diet.
Chelsea is super friendly and somehow can multitask on a busy day. She got me set up for an appointment quickly for my cat and his usual shots.
