They are so rude here. I spoke with a female on the phone to make an appointment and she spoke so aggressively and then hung up in my face as I began to tell her what I needed. I called back to speak to a manager and she dismissed my complaint. If they don’t care about phone etiquette, why would they care about a patients well being?
The staff is very professional and courtesy. The surgeon answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease.
