Lancy and Alexis who work at the front desk were amazing and kind, in addition to being very helpful. Also, the medical assistant Delia is very skilled and does a great job with patient interaction. Lastly, but not least, Jen the physician assistant is very knowledgeable. She educated me on what the issue was and guided me with the next steps. I can tell that patient care & HIPPA compliance are the epitome of this facility. Job well done, Definitely a 5 star experience!
The BEST experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care from the moment that I walked in the door. There was one Medical Technician on staff that evening and she checked me in to the system, and got me back for my vitals within five minutes. She was kind, friendly and helpful. I saw PA-C Ryan Hensley, and he addressed my issue thoroughly, ensured that I was able to get my medication from a pharmacy that was open at that late hour. Friendly knowledgeable and very thorough
I have been here several times for minor but urgent needs and staff has been compassionate and efficient, even when I came 30 minutes before closing and their computer system was down.
