I should have read the reviews prior to taking my car in for an oil change. The guy was constantly trying to up sell me on products and services, then overcharged me by $10.00 for the oil change. I am a disabled veteran and receive the discount which he failed to apply. The service was horrendous and the staff were shameless crooks and theives. I having been taking my vehicles to Valvoline for years this will be the last time I go to that one!!!
They said I needed a coolant change. I later checked my records and it was done during last oil change at another station. My bad for not remembering that. Their bad for pushing unneeded sales.
