My daughter went up there on the 21st of July had gone there all the time and they charge her $81 for an oil change on her Kia. Well she went there the other day to get the exact same service and the guy doing it tried to charge her $260 and she said absolutely not and then he coerced her into pain at least $200 and wouldn't let her leave. I should have read the reviews prior to taking my car in for an oil change. The guy was constantly trying to up sell me on products and services, then overcharged me by $10.00 for the oil change. I am a disabled veteran and receive the discount which he failed to apply. The service was horrendous and the staff were shameless crooks and theives. I having been taking my vehicles to Valvoline for years this will be the last time I go to that one!!!
They said I needed a coolant change. I later checked my records and it was done during last oil change at another station. My bad for not remembering that. Their bad for pushing unneeded sales.
