I took my daughter’s 2023 Explorer here for an oil change yesterday Oct 3rd. They told me that I needed a flush. The car has 17,959 miles on it That’s in 2 years time, They charged me $264!!! I got home and my husband said “ They ripped you off!”. He went over there just now to talk to the manager and long story, he ended up purposely bumping into my husband, grabbed the receipt out of my husband’s hand, crumpled it up and through it out of the building and told my husband to get out ! Mom 70 year old mom went here and they completely over charged her for her oil change!! They told her she needed a full system flush, new filter, blah, blah!!! Long story short….none of this was needed & they charged her $264!!!! Such a SCAM & a RIP OFF!!! BEWARE!!!! If I could do 1/2 a star or ZERO stars….I would!!
They over charge and try to say you need more for your vehicle. If I could give zero starts I would. Do not go scam!!!
Avoid, they will try to scam you. There's a reason they have so many one star reviews. Below is the copy of the report I made with corporate: While up selling at instant oil change shops is expected, this is the second time now I have been harassed and lectured by "Sam" at this location for going over 5000 miles. To be clear, not a single auto manufacturer recommends an oil change for full synthetic at 5k miles, in fact some recommend up to 15k. They charge $120+ for an oil change… The price of the oil (6qt) is $30, mobil 1 filter $10. And they buy in bulk probably pay a lot less. After I said I’m not paying that/leaving, they started to haggle with me. I already made up my mind and lost all trust in that place.
