The dealer sold the car promised to me resulting in a term called Bait and Switch .
Bought a vehicle from **** in used car sales, over a year ago and owe 2,000$ more than I financed still. Over charged me $10,000 for a vehicle. They dont return calls, and cant seem to do anything to help me out.
Do not buy from Royal Oak Ford. I contacted them about a vehicle which was available and listed on Autotrader. I was told that they would not sell the car to me due to the fact that I live out of the state. When I pressed them about this "rule", they could not give me a single logical reason. The real reason is that they simply did not want to sell me the car. This is an unserious business. Do not buy from this dealership.
