Fantastic experience with Royal Oak Ford Body Shop. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my car was in tip top shape. I greatly appreciated the advocacy from their team while they dealt with my insurance company.
My Brand new Mach-e had a scratch from neighbor accidentally crashed his bike into it. Wax didn’t get it out so took it here and Jimmy was able to get it out real fast at no charge. Thank you ❤️ appreciate Good people like Jimmy!
The team at Royal Oak Ford Body Shop is great! Everyone is so nice! I had a minor "ding" from a parking lot encounter that needed to be fixed. They got me in and out quickly and my "baby" is all better now! Thanks, Jimmy! You and your crew are one of the reasons why I'm a big fan of Royal Oak Ford.
If I could give them a 0 star I would. The bodyshop manager Mike was so disrespectful and condescending. Poor customer service by a manager sets the tone for the entire business unfortunately.
Everyone one there is so helpful. Jimmy did everything to keep things moving and explain what’s happening during the repair process. Hope I don’t need them again, but if I do they’re definitely my first choice! Highly recommend their friendly service.
