My name is Roy Luetzow and I had an appointment on Aug. 3rd for 2 p.m. I do not think Dr. Gilbert was there. I did see several new young guys and 3 women. All of the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. One guy told me they were running late because their computers were using a new program. My appointment was at 11:00a.m. At 11:30a.m., I asked how much longer I would have to wait. I was told that Dr. Gilbert was running late and would be at the office soon. At 12:06p.m., Dr. Gilbert still was not at the office. I waited an hour and a half for an appointment with a dentist that wasn’t even in the office. Dr.Gilbert did a fantastic job with my filling, I’ve had worries about the decay and hole in my tooth for a month and my last dentist tried charging me a 2000 dollar crown and refused to help me, dr Gilbert exceeded my expectations and I felt no pain.
