Damaged my suit, would not return my calls (phone lines were disconnected, had to get in touch with alternate location - this location would not return my calls). Did not return my email either. Royal oak dry cleaners doesn’t compare to any other cleaning service out there, in every great way possible. I’m OCD about my cleaning, they pay attention to detail which is extremely important to me as a lot of fabrics on the market today are delicate. The customer service is wonderful, always a pleasure seeing them.
