Very helpful – I called on the phone for service but they figured out what was wrong and told me how to fix it. Another company would have just sent someone to fix it, and I would have incurred a service charge. This tells me, at the very least, that they are not looking to take advantage of people. I will call them the next time I have a problem. (I gave four stars because I didn't actually have any work done.)
