I've been here for 2 years and the staff and community are exceptional. In times like these, it's nice to know that you are noticed and not just a tenant for rent. I LOVE living here.
I have nothing but raving reviews for this apartment complex. The management is absolutely outstanding and so personable, they make you feel truly at home. Any concerns brought up are handled immediately, the apartment are exceptionally clean, and living here is truly a luxury. They made the process of moving in seamless and even made special accommodations for me for my situation. I couldn’t recommend living here more.
I have lived here at Royal Oaks for almost a year and recently just renewed my lease, and I couldn’t be more happier with living here. If there is ever a problem their always prompt and on time.
I enjoy living in this community! I feel safe, it is quiet, and I have good neighbors that look out for each other. Location is good as well to get to north or south Lakeland quickly, and not too far to hop on I-4. Property Management staff is wonderful too!
I lived here for a little over a year when they were brand new, just built in 2022. The apartments are nice and modern. My apartment had granite counter tops, Moen faucets and huge, side by side front load Whirlpool washer and dryer. I lived on the bottom floor and the sound barrier is great. I never heard anyone's TV or music. The complex is small which is what I like, not having too many people in one area.
