It was a cute cottage like apartment with a wonderful courtyard and barbecue close to Virginia Lake and Marketon , it was very quaint and we had free Wi-Fi
The apartment manager was really nice and was always responsive when there were problems.
The rent is affordable and the apartments are comfortable and spacious. The courtyard view from your apartment would be wonderful and the neighborhood is not very noisy. It is located at a comfortable distance for grocery stores, restaurants and bus lines. Having said that, the apartment was built in the 60s. So don't expect it to be great. This place is a dump, takes months for anything to get fixed even after calling the manager several times, not to mention the place is full on junkies and dealers, if you like the smell of marijuana or being offered drugs in the front courtyard be my guest. So many nicer places for the $750 they charge.
