One of the most caring and compassionate Vets in the valley.
Dr. Sullivan has been taking care of my fur babies for well over 25 years. You could not ask for a more competent and compassionate veterinarian. Love her and her amazing staff!
We called for an appointment weeks ago, and then were finally called back days later instructing us to have her records faxed over. Our old vet did this quickly. We have called over and over ever since asking for an appointment date, only to be told by the receptionist the records are on the vet's desk, unread, and they will get back to us with a date once she has read the records. Excellent, compassionate care for companion animals. We love Dr. Sullivan, Cassie and Joyce.
I can't say enough how compassionate and caring the staff and Dr. Sullivan are. They helped so much in dealing with the passing of our Blackie and helping with getting him cremated and brought back home to us. The facility they used...Paws & Remember is fantastic. We are so lucky to have such a talented, compassionate, caring facility here in Front Royal to take our beloved pets to.
The entire staff is amazing!! Being an over protective fur-mommy, I've had several instances where I have had to call to get help with my babies have minor injuries. In two separate occasions, they have called me back the next few days just to check in on my girls and me. That is truly priceless!!!
Had a terrific first visit today with our Border Collie, Bo. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuine. Doctor Sullivan has a gentle, easy touch and was able to administer vaccines and draw a blood sample while Bo never flinched. If you're looking for a family vet, we recommend Royal Oak Animal Clinic.
