You honestly get what you pay for. This building has roaches, water leaks, and everything is malfunctioning from the moment we moved in.
At first it was awesome, now kind of scary when crack heads sitting in front on our steps and sidedoor too.
This building is so old!! Poor sound insulation. Can hear people walking through the hallways. Avenue Living doesn't clean the snow off the parking lot, bathroom fans don't work, so the paint is peeling off, not to mention mould build up. They (Ave Living) renovated the building when they bought it, but they have a lot to do with this place. One tenant I know in a top floor unit had to vacate her suite coz the roof is leaking!!!! Would NOT recommend 😕
Horrible, horrible place. Filled with crackheads and rambling schizos. Management does nothing about the multiple break in attempts or shopping carts on the lawn. They won't supply bars on the windows for a basement level apartment. Lived here a few years ago and the place has gotten even worse. The world would be a better place if this eyesore burnt to the ground. There are better priced apartments in far better neighbourhoods ran by far better companies.
