RecommendedThey make the best shakes and teas!! Fitness classes are fun and it is a welcoming place for all levels of fitness.
Everyone has told me about this place, but for whatever reason I didn't start going until recently. None the less, this is a great find on County Road E, great staff, fun classes, tasty drinks, and nothing is better than supporting local business!

Such a high energy upbeat place. I was surprised at all of the options of shakes. They do a great job helping you pick what you would like. I just took my first cardio drumming class and wow, what a great time. Fantastic value! I left there feeling fantastic!!
I had such a great time today at Royal Nutrition!! So grateful to have Steph Neuhaus as my neighbor and new friend who introduced me to Royal Nutrition. I had never experienced a cardio drumming or kick boxing class. It was so good to meet all involved, coaches and the others who attended today!
