It's a great health and nutrition club in Mahtomedi. They have smoothies, tea and aloe along with Fitness classes and will do business inservices on site at your office. Smoothies are so good and they have more than 40 to choose from. I really like the raspberry lemonade tea as well.

Great shake! I had the Coffee Toffee shake, which was delicious and a Pom-Bomb which was very uplifting! The atmosphere was fun and inviting! Check it out!

The shakes taste amazing!!! They are healthy, full of protein and affordable!! Doesn't get better than that!!
Not only are the smoothies and teas amazing but I love the atmosphere. There's something energizing about being around people who are happy and healthy. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly every time you go in there - including the other customers! I am excited for Royal Nutrition to be open :)
