If I could give them six stars, I would. Just after paying off my car, my transmission started going out. The service people went to bat for me, and despite being out of warranty they convinced the company to cover the part. They also replaced my rear wheel bearings, no charge for parts. It could have been a $15k+ repair cost, instead I only paid for labor. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for their kindness and professionalism. Customer for life here.

Had an appointment, systems were down, no one picked up a cell phone to call and let me know that they had no power, I drove all the way there, they asked what needed to be done, they informed me internet was down. If that was the case then why couldn't a represenative picked up one of their cell pones to make a call instead of wasiting time standing around in the office.

Marked a car up 1k to offset a trade. Years later, damaged the car with their door and did nothing to repair the body work: just a rattle can job to patch the paint damage. Document and photograph everything and do not trust them.
