Always great staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Needed a chipped key made. Spoke to someone in parts who quoted me a price. Sounded reasonable so he transferred me to service where they gave me an appointment for the next day. Day of appointment: they had me listed as dropping my car off even though they never asked. So I had to wait over 2 hours because all the people who didn't drop off went ahead of me. Finally done and my key cost more than double of what I was quoted. So they lied about the price, then they booked me as a drop off which cost me time, all so I could p... read more
I expect and always get excellent service and find the staff who work here to be super helpful and top notch. Always a pleasure to bring my car needs to them!

Just like all the rest: Hassle, Razzle; but no Dazzle. Don't be fooled by catch phrases and TV blooper reels. Remember, they are proverbial car salesmen.
