Whenever I’m in the Tilton area, this is the place I come to to get my nails done and they always do a great job! I like my nails short and simple, and they really listen to what I want. The staff is friendly and professional, and I always leave happy with the results. Highly recommend!
They do good work however I don't understand what the point is of scheduling an appointment if you're going to wait 40 or more minutes past your appointment time. I won't go back. I'm tired of trying and never being seen at my scheduled time.
Went in there earlier this week to get gel removed for my nursing state board exam. Came back a couple days later to get gel back on my regular nails. I was told to sit in front of one of the ladies (not Tina) and she looked at my nails which were obviously thin and cut short since I just got them removed. And handed me off to the guy and got up and mumbled. Really off putting. Should of walked out.
I am totally blown away. I have gone here throughout the years that I've lived here and never had any problems. I asked the person that was doing my nails a question about price, next minute I know I have the manager jumping down my throat saying that I'm wrong. Oh wow really! Learn some class cuz that's not how you treat people, you're customers. I wasn't even being disrespectful, I was asking a question. The price went up just so everybody knows.
