I have gone to this place about 5 times. I have had good service the first three times. Two visits ago I had Tiffany give me a manicure. Not only was she rough with filing, she cut my nails too short despite my saying not to. I went back today and asked for anyone else and lo and behold Tiffany is now giving me a pedicure. She cut my big toe which I am now having to ice at home. My complaint isn’t about the place, rather Tiffany - way too rough.
Horrible experience. Firstly , the place was too loud. Walked in having high expectations of this place. Wanted a soothing and a calming experience, however the women there were yapping and giggling so loudly. There were too many working people in every corner with only two customers. How I wanted to enjoy the calming music with my foot n hand massage but this was not possible at all. Thanks to the loud conversations from one end to another. ‘Amanda’s work is horrible and doesn’t know what she is doing. Her customer service is not very pleasant. She is very rude.
I had a very disappointing and worst experience with a staff member named Amanda. I found her communication and customer service to be very unprofessional and RUDE . Please, to all my wonderful ladies do not go to Amanda for any service. SHE IS SO EVIL.
