I usually don’t leave bad or mediocre reviews but… if we don’t say anything, they don’t know how to improve. It needs to be cleaned and updated. I am not even sure if the tools were sanitized (I really hope they were) but I can tell they just took a random file that was definitely used before on someone else and used on me. The pedicure chairs are falling apart… the towels they use… wait they are not towels they are microfiber cleaning rags. Nail polish bottles dirty. Great experience. A bit pricey for me, but happy with my French gel manicure by Coco and Mao. Love the flower Mao did on my ring fingers. Friendly staff. Coco was very sweet too.

On Mother’s Day, My friend and I came here for gel French tip pedicures, which cost us $75 each. Despite the high price, the service felt rushed and incomplete—we both left with calluses still on our feet. I still tipped, but my friend chose not to because her technician didn’t even do what was asked. As we were leaving, the manager followed us outside and demanded my friend pay a tip. That’s completely unprofessional. I’ll never go back there again!! I see why it’s empty in there!

I recently visited your salon with high expectations as I have done a few times, but unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite clearly communicating my preferences, I felt that the staff did not listen attentively, resulting in a service that did not meet my expectations. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the repeated requests for tips, which seemed unprofessional and pressured.
