Rude . Line up strange when I was paying for the service and telling me how much Shoud I tip them . Never coming back
Pricey, rude about tip and asked for more in front of me when I was still going to give her cash. Rushed through painting the nails and therefore they were still not dry and easily ruined 3 hours later.
Rude front desk lady with blonde bangs and blue hair asking for more tip. My usual nail lady wasn’t available today so I went to this nail salon as my last resort. I literally got my nails done and the front lady who didn’t do my nails ask me to tip more; even though the services are already EXPENSIVE. Plus they force a massage on you which is extra charge. I had a great experience with my nails but they forced me into a massage and I’m a college student with not a lot to spend on my nails so when I was checking out I only was able to tip 5 dollars and they pressured me and harassed me until I gave more to them. Very unprofessional and rude considering I had already tipped and said I didn’t have any more money.
Is under new management, there two lovely manicurist , one of them is taking care of my mom right now as I’m writing this review. My mom looks happy and the manicurist is doing a great job on my mom. Fair price that my mother can afford. We will definitely come back again.👍
