Just left the Salon after getting pedicures with my mom. This was our new favorite place but unfortunately the service we just received was sub par and is the first time we have felt unwelcome here. We got two regular pedicures with regular polish, after we both denied gel polish, the service completely changed. The ladies started talking to each other and laughing and kept looking at us. I went to Royal Nail today, a place I have been to before, to get a fill. When I arrived, the lady doing a pedicure told me it would be about a 15-minute wait. While I was waiting, another woman came in after me, and neither of us had an appointment. Once the nail technician finished the pedicure, she immediately asked the woman who came in after me what service she needed, completely overlooking me. This is my third time here and everyone does a fantastic job. This time I had Eddie and he is quiet but is meticulous making sure the thickness and shape is just right. He even did a swirl in my nail color this time unprompted and I love them so much more than just getting them painted. 🥰
