The service is outstanding! This is my favorite nail spa, and trust me, I've been to quite a few.
This place needs to check their tools and disinfect them after each customer. People can get serious infections. Whenever I got my nails done, they would get their nail files from some drawer that was dirty and dusty. When I had my nails removed last time, the lady CUT my fingers with the nail file because it was old and tough. And prices are ridiculous for their service.
I was very impressed with this place when they opened. But the last several times I've gone, have not been pleased with communication. My pedicures look nice, but its not what I asked for. Prices have increased alot!
I don’t usually go to nail salons to get my pedicure done but I wanted to treat myself and try this place out. I told the lady I wanted a REGULAR pedicure and wanted to add a French tip. She asked me something else and I didn’t understand her so I repeated I just wanted regular pedicure. I felt she was rushing a little but didn’t want to say anything bc I was just getting the basic pedicure and nothing special. My daughter and I came in for pedicures, we upgraded to the Deluxe and WOW it was so relaxing! It included nail trim, shaping, foot scrub, sugar scrub leg rub along with a lotion massage and hot towels. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Sophie is the woman to book with.
