I called to make an appointment and he answered very rudely and impolitely. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I love my nails so much! I got it done 3 weeks ago and they still look good. The service there was really nice and this will be my causal spot!
Unfortunately things aren’t the same since Lily sold the business. Nail techs have become more rough and rude with almost no interaction with customers. Thankfully the quality of their work still seems good. They speak almost exclusively in Vietnamese now and while receiving a manicure there a few months ago, a woman nearby receiving a pedicure (who understood and spoke Vietnamese) heard them discussing her physical appearance. This nail salon has been my go-to for many years!!!! Anh is literally the best nail tech out there. She goes above and beyond to ensure I leave LOVING my nails each and every time!! Anh attention to detail is unmatched. I would give her 6 stars if I could
