I was going here regularly and felt that suddenly my services were rushed. Everytime I got a pedicure it was rushed and not everything was completed so I stopped going here. Last week I figured I would give them another try. Well again my pedicure was rushed and not completely done. Everyone around me got their feet exfoliated with the grater and I did not. My feet were not soft leaving there. And my gel nails are all uneven from her using the dremel to much on me and my nails are all chipping already. Pretty disappointed!
I have been going there for a few years now always going to Queenie, and she does the best nails, she so sweet along with the beautiful atmosphere the nails look great.

I switched to Royal recently and I am so happy I did! I’ve always envied creative nail designs, and finding Queenie has been like striking gold! She is an incredible artist, and so sweet and kind. This is often my only time out solo as a new mom, and I always leave happy and excited. I cannot say enough good things about Queenie, her work, the salon, and the owner, Kevin!
