I love this spa. Every one who works here are as nice as they can be. I am 84 years old and if any of them see me getting out of my car they come out and help me. The door is always opened for me. I enjoy going there. The last crew that worked there is a different story. Ann who ran it stayed on the phone all the time her husband Kevin was real nice and rest of the one there were all kin to Ann.
I told the man I wanted just a "cleanup" on my eyebrows. Meaning that I just wanted any stragglers cleaned up but the basic fullness left alone. I have been accosted. I have the WORST pencil thin trashy eyebrows I have ever seen. If you want to preform a service, try to understand what you're customers are saying

Well...not a true review, as we didn't actually receive service from them (but I had to select a stAR rating for a review). I walkyd in with my 4 year old, and felt uncomfortable from the beginning. I asked the gentleman that greeted me if they did pedicures for small children and he immediately began rolling his eyes, laughing and saying something to the man sitting at the station close by. I haven't been to this salon, and I am appalled by what two owner of this establishment has said to a young mother. Tonight, I read a testimony from one of your clients, saying that her daughter-in-law and child were there getting manicures, and while the daughter was sitting on her mother's lap, the owner rudely asked the mother why she didn't get an abortion when she got pregnant. Now, regardless on anyone's view on abortion, and regardless of the age, the issue is how inconsiderate can one be to say that to a young mother... read more
I will NEVER return to this place. My daughter in law and her four year old daughter were getting their nails done and thee owner was rude and asked my daughter in law why didn't she just get an abortion when she was pregnate with her daughter I am beyond outraged
