Arrived at appointment on time waited 15 min to be brought back to station area and was not directed to station I had to guess. During the pedicure she said nothing but was on her phone after placing a warm g towel on my feet. When she was finished she just got up and said nothing. Was never directed me to the nail dryers so I just sat for another 1/2 hour for my polish to dry. Upon leaving I expressed my disappointment of what had transpired and the response was, “Ok have a nice day” needless to say I won’t go back!

Joy did an absolutely wonderful job! I’m so happy with how they turned out and will definitely be going back there for my next set! Don’t mind the nasty cuticles, I’m a nail bitter usually so those are from me lol

Always a great experience Hannah does my nails and does great designs. Very talented. Cindy is wonderful and also does my nails at times. I have been gong there for the past few years every 3 weeks. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Always feel pampered when I leave. I also get pedis every few weeks.

I have been faithfully driving 40 min. one way to get my nails done here for years. I have never been late or a no-show. I always schedule 10am appts., first ones of the day. I have never complained at all over the several times I had to sit there and wait because another customer was already there before opening causing me to have to wait 30 minutes for my already scheduled appointments. Last month, I had to have my pedi and fill done at the same time because of their mistake with scheduling. Did not like that at all, but d... read more
