I love it at Royal. Always seated in a timely manner. It doesn’t matter who does my services, I always leave highly satisfied. I feel like a pampered princess when I’m here. I highly recommend the Jelly Pedi!
DO NOT get the lady nail technician Trong Trieu. She messed up my nails really bad, my nails are already lifting after only just 2 days. Her service was very unfriendly as well, whenever I asked if she could fix one of my nail shape, she gave me one of the nastiest stank face I have ever received from a nail technician. I understand it might've been an inconvenience for her but as a paying customer I expect better customer service. I regret spending my money with her. Never coming back!
