I want to share my horrible experience at this nail salon. I arrived 15 mins early for my appt & picked out 2 colors. I waited another 15 mins past my appt time but it's ok because that's normal to wait. When he sat me down I brought the 2 color samples I picked out from their selection. I showed him a picture of what I wanted & told him I picked out the colors. He said he didn't have gold chrome & couldn't do it. I asked what other gold color he had. This was by far the friendliest nail salon I've been too! I actually did not have an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. The receptionist was extremely nice.

May and Steve, I'm grateful for your outstanding pedicures and the excellent care you provide to your customers, reflecting your wonderful personalities. Thank you so much. Been going here since they opened Royal Nails and they always give the best pedicures.

Love Steve & May! Nothing but the best every time. I go every 2 weeks and am never disappointed. Try them out, and make sure to make an appointment.
