The best pedicure I’ve ever had! And they are so wonderfully polite and helpful.
I was very disappointed after coming here for over a year of how I was treated this evening didn't realize that they were just trying to squeeze Us in before they had a large Party come in ended up burning my feet and my daughters if they were in such a rush they should have just told us they didn't have the time
Rude last time but skilled. today i tried again and I left after one hour with my feet in water while they did pedis on three people before me. I had a 1pm appointment. I was ten minutes late. There was no one getting a pedi when I came in. I sat for twenty minutes before they took a walk in before me....then two people with 130 appointment. My feet are like prunes. Why didn't they say I would have to wait an hour...why did I have to soak my feet for an hour? Grrr no more royal salon for me...
The Royal Pedicure was awesome, I would highly recommend it!
I know all the staff and their great I've been going to them for years and will be seeing them again very soon I'll be calling Vivian for an appointment she's been doing my nails for well over 10 years and her and Kim are so great only 2 whoever done my nails love and miss them both I'll be seeing you ladies tomorrow ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Cindy was very good at getting out a ingrown toenail,,, she had no mercy but I feel so much better today!!! I can put on a shoe without feeling pain!! I'll definitely go back their !
I enjoyed the quick greetings and most importantly the customer service is professional and they are very focused to detailing the health of the skin as well as your nails on hands and feet so to me this nail shop stands out to me as Top notch. Being a Hairstylist myself - I look for hygiene and they have it all at Royal Nails and Spa!!! Looking forward to returning for some new exciting nail color changes because they stay o. Top of what's new out here!!!!
I would never go anywhere else. I've been with them since they were in Brockton. The girls and the owners are awesome. I'm never disappointed when I leave there.
