Myself, mom, daughter and grand daughters have gone to Royal Nails for a number of years. As a diabetic I am always treated very carefully with my pedicures. I absolutely love the manicures I have received. I get so many compliments and highly recommend them to others

15+ year loyal customer at Royal Nails - DONE. Never going back. Came in yesterday for a pedicure, holding 3 polishes in one hand and 1 in the other while picking a color. The owner walks over and says me "Don't take so many colors, if you drop them, you pay for it." Who talks to a long-time customer like that? I told her I wasn't going to drop them, I was just taking them to my seat. Completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure. I’m really disappointed to hear about my friend’s experience here. Unfortunately, they had a very poor interaction, and it was discouraging to hear how they were treated. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and works toward treating its customers with more respect and care in the future.
I’ve had such a great experience here! I felt welcomed, heard, and never rushed throughout my appointment. I got exactly what I wanted a blue to pink ombre gel and they lasted me almost a full month and honestly could have lasted even longer. Some of the wear was definitely from my own summer activities! The communication is clear, pricing is explained upfront with a breakdown, and they genuinely make sure every client leaves happy.
