I feel like the vibe here has changed. Low energy. Always feels like no one wants to do pedicures. Young girl put my flip flops on before painting my nails. Need to deep clean around chairs and toe nail dryer in the front. Meh. ------------------------------ Excellent! Great experience here. Able to slide right in when they opened at 9am. My first experience here was amazing! Amazing pedicure, it was just a nice relaxing vibe/experience. The second time was such a different experience I questioned if I came to the right place. I saw a 'jelly pedicure' on the pedicure list and as I had never gotten one before - I asked for that one. Wrong suggestion. The guy doing my pedicure groaned and put is face in his hands, sunk his shoulders, and just got so upset. I apologized and asked if I should pick a different one. Great service, great pedicure, great environment. Ask for Kay she was wonderful! Cash is probably the easiest way to pay and always book your appointment for the best service time!
My second visit was disappointing. My pedicure was nice. My manicure was okay. The person didn’t even want to do my nails. I then asked for my eyebrows to be wax and they send me to the wax room where I waited for a while until I got frustrated and walked out the room. Some of the staff looked aloof as I came out the room. They forgotten I was even there. One of staffs offered to wax it but I was already irritated and ready to leave.
