They have no respect for their customers. My mom and I were consistent customers until one day when we tipped and the lady helping us said “that’s all?” with a judgmental look on her face. We tipped 15% and we found it very rude to be judged when we were already paying well over $200 in total. We will not be coming back.

It has not even been a week and this is what my heel nails look like... We went in last Monday and spent $170 and this is what my nails look like just 1 week later.
Just went and got classic pedicures for my 6yr old and myself. First time going as I usually go across the street and I almost didnt because of some of the reviews about rude techs and dirty chair areas. I was prepared to leave at the 1st sign of disrespect but they were very cordial. I had an older gentleman and my daughter had a younger guy. Both were patient and worked hard.
