Evelyn was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout my appointment. She made me feel like she didn’t even want to do her job. Instead of being patient and listening to what I wanted, she had a very unpleasant attitude when I showed her the nail design I wanted. Absolutely horrible experience. I called ahead of time, clearly explained what I wanted, and was given a price quote. When I arrived, the experience went downhill immediately. There were two ladies working, and neither seemed willing to actually provide the service. The first woman, with her hair down, sighed as soon as I walked in and made it seem like my appointment was an inconvenience. Once I sat down, the communication issues made everything even worse.
