Very disappointing customer service. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no effort to be helpful or respectful, and the overall attitude made the experience very unpleasant. Customer service like this is unacceptable.

I have been getting my nails and feet done for 45 years. I have never been so disappointed than I was today. I arrived at 3:15 for my 3:30. After she overflowed the foot basin, she had to mop the floor for 10 minutes. She refilled the basin with cold water. She cut me 3 times, and never stopped the bleeding, just put my foot back in the cold water.
