Asked for "rounded square" nails, was given regular oval, and charged an extra 10.00 for almond/coffin/stiletto. Is it partially on me for not speaking up during the process? Sure. But I gave a visual example and clear descriptor and walked away with something completely incorrect. Not enthused. Edit: Gel has lifted off 2 different nails after 3 days. Instead of trying to sell me other services while I was there maybe focus on getting the basics done right.

Very painful. She drilled off all the skin around my fingernails trying to clean up the skin she dyed red from the dip. I will never go back.
I cannot say enough about Andy. I have been going to him for years and he delivers superior service every time! He does meticulous work, and his attention to detail is unmatched! I am a "simple" more classic style gal, but l've seen his more elaborate work and it's also fantastic! Love Royal Nails!
Royal Nails and Day Spa is a beautiful and clean place with comfortable seating. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t the best. The quality of service was disappointing, even after mentioning several times that something was hurting my toenail, the technician who attended me didn’t seem to care. I would give another chance but picking someone different
