Beware of the new management at Royal Nails. I used to love going there but the last two times was awful! Worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had. The mani/pedi actually hurt! I had to ask them to be a bit more gentle. The next time the polish was put on so thin I doubt it will last and the pedicure didn’t even slough the dead skin. I highly doubt any of these nail techs have a license or any real training.
Do not go to Royal nail for a mani/pedi. I was there last night and I do not think they used sterilized tools as the nail tech went right from another customer to me without getting new tools. Plus, I left my nail polish there, called ten minutes later, talked to a person who said they found my nail polish and would leave it at front desk - now they claim not to have it. Also, they appear to have new owner/manager and they are unable to communicate in English. Royal Nail in Northville - stay away.
I asked for the premium and they did not give me any kind of special treatment although I asked for the nicest foot and leg treatment they had they did not give it to me. Definitely don’t recommend
Truly a memorable experience at Royal Nails. I was treated like a queen when I got my pedicure here. Very attentive and caring attitude. 100 points. Will come back again
First time to Royal Nails and very impressed with the warm welcome here. I recommend you try pedicure here, you will definitely be very satisfied. Comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Worth a try
