First experience Royal Nails and most certainly the last, horrible work to say the least.. Royal Nail is beyond a joke and will NEVER go there again!! I had all I could do to want to pay $38.00 for something that our dog could do much better licking on your feet much less than a tip!! But I did hold my nose and put on a $5 tip because I’d feel guilty for not doing so, SHOULD NOT HAVE BUT I DID.. Lazy, low quality work, charging a fortune only to rush through and do nothing. I have been coming to Royal Nails since I moved to Dubuque for college 5 years ago for manicures and pedicures. I love the friendly workers and amazing designs that I get done each time. I highly recommend Royal Nails to all.

Went here to get a pedicure because it was the only place open after 5PM on a Sunday. Salon was dirty with hair and debri on the floor. The lady giving me my pedicure didn’t use gloves and went to town when trimming my nails and cuticles, cutting me a few times. The pedicure itself lasted no more than 7 minutes before she started painting my toes. All in all, it probably took 15-20 minutes. What’s the point? I could give myself this type of pedi at home. Only leaving two stars instead of 1 because the polish job looks okay.
