My daughter wanted to have a special mommy and daughter day, so she went to get a pedicure and took my 2 year old granddaughter with her to get her nails painted. The pedicure costs $50.00 and she paid $20.00 to get a simple polish on my granddaughters nails. The cost would not be a pro if they were polite, however, they were rude and hateful to both my daughter and my TWO year old granddaughter. Worst experience of my life… I did SNS dip, the guy didn’t even file my nails before or after the dip. I left with uneven nails, I wanted a manicure he didn’t give me one and at that point I was ready to leave. Do not waste your money you could do a better job at home. I’m genuinely appalled at his work, I kept waiting for him to shape my nails and it never came.
My nail tech was AMAZING! She listened to every thing I told her! Over all Anna is very good! I recommend her
Ive been a loyal customer for a few years for my fingernails and pedicures a few times a year. Today, the gentleman argued with me about latex gloves. I informed him of my serious anaphlaxis response he was rude and unprofessional. He got another young lady to do my pedicure who had vynal gloves. She barely spoke, rushed the entire process especially when one of her regulars walked in. I literally watched the second hand on my watch, I received 30 seconds of scrub for two legs/feet, 4 seconds hot towel a d 10 seconds lotion.... read more
Great service, comfy chairs, and cozy environment. My beautician scrubbed my toe a little too hard that led to some bleeding, but it was an honest mistake. Prices are good and I will continue to go!
