NO, just NO. We had an appointment but that was ignored, due to one person taking care of our reserved two person pedicure. The foot bath had weird floating things in it, and when I asked to change the water the eyes rolled!! Yuck. I should have left at that moment. Pretty much got my toe nails cut and polish slapped on like a middle-school-child would do. NOT a classic pedi. Don't expect a lower leg massage, hot towels, any kind of cuticle treatment, they did do a little "slap dash" with the scrubber on my heels, but really... read more

Don't spend your money here! Total waste. Had an appointment, but it wasn't honored. After I waited, I indicated that I wanted a full service pedicure, but received a nail cut, no cuticles taken care of, a 20-second "leg massage", and an abrasive heel scrub with a scrubber that was pulled out of a bin (not sterlized). I should have done it myself at home.

They do a decent pedicure, but the way they treat loyal customers isn’t. A friend and I have been getting monthly pedicures at this facility. We’ve have tried making an “appointment” and walking in. They appear to be one and the same. There have now been 3 separate occasions where we were ahead of someone - either by having a pre-scheduled appointment or arriving before others and have been completely ignored as other customers were taken ahead of us.
