Very poor customer service. After explaining the services several times and stopping her mid work, I still walked out without what I asked for, which was navy with gold tips. Everytime I tried to correct her I was hollered at. The acrylics were uneven, lumpy and excessively thick in spots. Very dirty with an overwhelming ammonia odor.
Overall, I was not very impressed with the customer service, quality of service, or cleanliness. First of all, we were barked at to shut the door (that was ajar when we arrived). The technicians were raising their voices at each other until they had us sit down. I needed to have a gel removal before I could get started, and the process was more painful than I've ever had it done.
