Had the Honey & Sea Salt Pedicure. The new massage chairs are 10 out of 10! Was able to walk-in and get service right away!
I made three appointments with this massage spa, and when we arrived, the staff acted as if they had no idea why we were there. None of our appointments were on their schedule, despite being booked in advance. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, we were met with blank stares and an unwelcoming attitude. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I did not appreciate how we were treated when we walked in. I am very particular and pretty difficult to please when it comes to manicures. They did an amazing job!
Sunny is THE BEST!! She really is THAT girl!! Ive seen several people with super cute nails and all of them have told me to come to royal nails! So I give it a shot.. I showed sunny a couple inspo pics and told her "beachy pink and a little cheetah print" and she locked in. Her attention to detail is wild some of the details are so tiny, she moves like a surgeon.
