I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Royal Nail Spa and will not be returning. I originally chose this salon because of its positive Google reviews and convenient location near my home. Today was my first ever visit to Royal Nail as I’m trying out new nail spots. I asked for an ombré with pink and red, a style I have had done multiple times at another local nail salon. It was proving tricky and another tech came to help. It just wasn’t working so an hour and twenty minutes later I asked for them to just do the pink color.
